We focus on investing in markets with high barriers to entry and a strong demand for our unique product type. We utilize a capital structure that emphasizes non-recourse debt and non-cross collateralized mortgages in combination with tax-advantaged financings such as federal and state tax credits and tax-exempt bond financing to effectively reduce the size and cost of borrowings in relation to equity.
