Tierra Realty Services, LLC (“TRS”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tierra Realty Trust, LLC (“TRT”) created primarily for the on-site property management of TRT’s property portfolio.
TRS is a full service professional fully accredited property management company dedicated to providing 24 hour property management services. TRS understands the importance of consistent quality long term property management for enhancing asset value and enhancing the living experience.
